I’ve tried to list a representative sampling of the Products I’ve had experience with, as well as Thermal Processing Experience I’ve had. Also listed below is a summary of my New Line Installation Experience, Management and Facilities Mangement Skills, Computer Experience Repertoire as well as Other Courses I have taken. Also, check out some of the recent Teams I was privileged to be on. Of course, I did have a Life Before Borden, although it is hard to imagine at times I would be happy to go into detail in any or all of these subjects if you care to listen. Just give me an E:Mail

Teams
· During (and after) the major Corporate Reorganization starting in 1995, I was a member of many teams, the major ones being:
· Infrastructure Team - Challenged with reviewing and revamping the Information Systems, from the Desktops to the Mainframes as well as the major software packages for the entire Company.
· Financial Auditing Team – We were charged with reorganizing, developing and implementing the “checks and balances” necessary for sound financial reporting. While we started in our own “house”, the changes we implemented eventually were also applied to the entire Company.
· Y2K Team – God! You all know what that was all about! I was leader of the Polaris Innovation Centre Sub Group. Let me tell you, most people don’t realize how many things were affected by this problem, from thermostats on the walls to mainframe computers, and we had to test and certify them all.
· Polaris Leadership Team – Since I was Manager of Site Services, I was a member of this team by default. This was made up of all of the key managers at the Innovation Centre and concerned itself with all of the nitty-gritty issues that come up when running a place of that size.
· Safety Committee – I don’t need to explain this one, do I?
Life Before Borden
It’s hard even for me to imagine, but I did have a life before Borden. Except for the time in the Air Force and just before, everything else was in addition (during) attending school. Here’s a few things:
Curry, McLoughlin and Len, Syracuse, NY
· I assembled and tested Crystal Reference Oscillators for use in Microwave Oscillator Stabilizers. These were used in the Space Program (and other things that can’t be mentioned here).
ARA Slater Company, Southwestern College, Winfield, KS
· General labor in the cafeteria. My Mom was the Manager of the place, and made sure I had a job. Problem was, so that nepotism couldn’t be claimed by the others, it seems I always got the crap jobs! (Pots and pans, grease traps, mopping, you get the idea)
Fletcher Refrigeration, North Platte, NE
· I actually learned a few things working for my Uncle Freal for a summer. I was mostly a “go fer”, but he made sure that I learned a little something every day. Wish I had listened a lot more….when Freal passed, he left his wife a multi-millionaire.
City of Emmett, Board of Education, Emmett, ID
· I was “in charge” of cleaning 4 kindergarten classrooms and the hallways on a daily basis. We also took turns cleaning the boiler tubes on Saturdays.
Miscellaneous Jobs, All over the Place, USA
· I’ve also had odd jobs picking strawberries, smudge pot boy, working in restaurants as short order cook, dishwasher and other things, and even cleaned and breaded rocky mountain oysters!
